I had a problem with my auto bill and spoke to Robert D at our facility location on 26th St in Bradenton. He was a very good listener, kind, patient and after taking my info stated he would check into the situation and get back with me. Within 20 minutes Robert called and let me know what had happened and explained who I had to contact to resolve it along with the number I needed to get in touch with them. What was a horrible experience starting out was made fine with Roberts assistance. He should teach a course in public service!!

Very unhelpful. The day I was supposed to move, things got delayed a little, and I didn't know their closing time. I made it just before they closed, but had the wrong code. By the time I figured out where it was on the app it was 1 minute late and they refused to help me. Thankfully U-haul was far more understanding. The next morning when I needed to turn in the key there was no one to take it, and customer service was unsure about whether the box was correct since it was supposed to be labeled but wasn't. As far as I know I will be okay with the box I used and get the refund for the unused key/lock though. So it ended up working out thanks to Uhaul, and no thanks to public storage.
