10-05-2025UPDATED A FEW YEARS LATERThey attract you with a great deal and then a year later, the unbelievable rate hikes begin.$15-$30 hikes every 7-9 months. No joke. I finally downloaded the payment history and couldnt believe my eyes (thanks auto pay). Im guessing they know the inconvenience of moving keeps suckers like me paying but Im researching other places and will be switching to a more honest company before long. Do not fall for their scam like I did. Alsotheir gate never did work with the mobile app. And the employees suggest reinstalling every time I asked. (That didnt work). Anywayjust say no. (NOW OBSOLETE REVIEW) So far so good but contactless technology is unfortunately not working. The app's digital access wouldn't open the gate but a nice staff member (John?) took the time to help us out and all went smoothly from there.
