Rented a unit two days ago online. Followed all instructions and gate keypads say access denied. There is absolutely no way to reach a live person. No one in the office. No one answering phone. Voicemail says there is live chat on the app but it does not exist. Very frustrating when you have boxes loaded and cant even access the unit.

Called in this morning to asked for help. Pedro was very nice and understanding. Great customer service. (I just hope I got his name right) it was a pleasure of calling.
The location and climate controlled environment are perfect for us. It's very clean and have carts available to use if you do not have one. Mike is extremely professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He made the experience very easy. I highly recommend using them if you need some extra storage space.
The other day I had the pleasure of Mike helping me as he was handling things from the other location making sure things were good here. He was extremely helpful and a great representation of your company. It is never about if challenges come up, it is how you handle them. I'm glad Mike is around....great work.
