12-05-2025They keep raising the price without telling you. My space started at less than $100 per month and now its $264. I had it on auto-pay so I didnt notice. What a shitty way to treat your customers.

11-15-2025Things were good when I started the rental a few years ago. I was told if I wanted to lock the price, I had to pay a year up front. Not happening. I had a 10x20 unit that started at $95 a month. It went up every few months. 2 months ago it was raised to $190. When I called, I was told its due to supply and demand. But, when my husband and I went to go through a few things in March, we opened a box of our items and it was INFESTED with ants. They were not there when we moved the items in. We told the office and they took a $20 off the next month and they said they would spray for bugs. We just moved everything out and into a different company due to the rising costs. My husband picked a box up and guess what? OVER 200 ANTS came out of the box. Not little ones either, the huge 1/2-3/4 long ones! This happened with 3 boxes that had clean clothes in it, and 1 box of new pillows. Absolutely nasty. We never had an ant problem, ever. Now Im afraid to open any more boxes. But we are gone from there and do NOT recommend using them at all.
