11-21-2025I HIGHLY recommend this storage facility. Karen, the Manager, was an absolute pleasure to deal with. She was always very helpful and extremely pleasant and customer service oriented. The place is immaculate and easy to access. I never had any issues. Plenty of carts to move all your items in and out. Nice, spacious elevators. I would totally use this facility again, if need be.

11-19-2025When searching for a climate controlled storage unit I chose extra storage because of the close proximity to our home, The reasonable cost and the cleanliness of the facility but most importantly because of the outstanding Customer service I received from KARIN, the manager of the store on 4th St., North in Saint Petersburg. She provided all of the information I asked for gave me a tour of the facility and showed me the unit that I was considering, and I was all in. Karin is Professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and such an asset!

Im states away at the moment and she has made me feel so at ease with renting! She has great customer service, Ill be renting as long as shes there!
