01-09-2026BEWARE! We have had this unit a little over a yearStarted at $100/month and now we are up to $200/month. Insane. Every month pretty much it has gone up without warning. Just get a notice in mail the price is going up. Again. I went there last month to retrieve some items and they were covered in what Im assuming was roach poop. We will be taking all our stuff out of the storage unit this month. Also Im pretty sure there is a woman living in the unit down the hall from ours. Gross.

12-31-2025We just moved out of our unit after over a year of renting. During the course of that year, the rent increased by almost $200/month without any prior notice. All of our stuff from the third floor unit is covered in insect (roach?) poop. It was clean going in, so I know the poop came from the storage unit. Just a heads up for any future renters.

12-20-2025Have to say that Karen at the 4th Street extra space storage was just unbelievable. Working remotely with her she helped with lost keys, cleanup and discharging our unit the unit was filled with our mothers life goods and items. After her passing the coordination and distribution of her life was difficult Karen showed compassion and stepped right in to help! Extra Space Management you have a Pearl of an employee who cared, helped, and was what Customer Service is all about; making it like family!!!

From the moment I arrived, she was professional, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. Karin took the time to clearly explain the entire rental process, available unit options, pricing, and the security features of the facility. She made sure everything was easy to understand and answered all of my questions without rushing. Her attention to detail and ability to explain the services thoroughly made the entire process smooth and stress-free. 11-29-2025This place is horrible. Despite being a newer building the stand alone facility door is constantly broken I was stranded with a car full of things I need to drop off tonight. I called the emergency line three times and no one answered despite it being during gate hours. If I could give this location zero stars I would
