08-29-2024I just left Extra Space Storage location on 53rd Burnham. The young lady I paid my monthly bill to came off so intelligent, and professional it made me curious, so I asked her was she the new manager, to which she said yes. I then let her know they definitely have the right person for the job. I hope she sticks around because it was a pleasant experience . I been here for at least five years now and it was good to be around a great positive energy like Carla C. Is her name. Thank you Carla.
