08-25-2024Place is super clean, quiet and safe and personnel is very nice, helpful and accommodating. Location is great as well as it is near I4 and on a major avenue. I have been here for about 6 months now and definitely recommend ;-)

08-20-2024Justin at extra space storage on Lee road Orlando Florida, is absolutely amazing and the best storage unit employee Ive dealt with and hes truly the best I couldnt even make any complaints about him even if I wanted to hes truly great he helps with everything and is very kind I love that hes at this facility he keeps the site very clean and when me or my mother go in hes always so welcoming and embracing with kindness. Now on the other hand the worker Ryan is not so kind Im not sure if he has a grudge towards us or he has favoritism towards other tenants but I just feel uncomfortable when around him, he gives us attitude or sarcasm when me or my mother go to the site, when hes working at the site it just makes me not wanna go to the site. I could go on and on about the negative things Ryan displays but I think it would be better if he wasnt at the site because we dont even bother anyone and it feel like he has a target on our back

08-08-2024Justin at extra space storage on Lee Rd in Orlando, Fl is simply amazing!! He assisted both me & my mom with our units. Between the both us of we have 3 storage units. Hes always so professional & courteous. Our units were increasing in price & he graciously & immediately took care of the problem. My mom is on a fixed income & simply couldnt afford the increased rates. Ryan is also very professional & kind. They both take the time to ensure were taken care of. Its refreshing to know that they care & want to make every experience one that we will never forget ! Thank you both for all work & effort you put into making the tenants happy!!!
