08-29-2026I had a n issue with the lcok and key to my unit. The Office representative, (Melissa?). was most accomodating with a cheerful helping attitude. The issue was resolved (the missing key was found). But, I very much appreciated her professionalism and helpful inforamtions & suggetsions-(when the Public sotrage lock cutter would next be avaiable and what security steps/indentifcation I would need to provide.

04-04-2026I'm telling everyone I can. This company gets you in the door with their $1 first month rent. The rate for your 2nd - 6th month will be what the contract states but BEWARE!!! If you plan on housing your stuff beyond 6 months, they will raise your rent every 6 months, even if it is WAY above market rate. They just raised my 10'x15' unit to $304, their current rate is $187, and other storage facilities are about $150. I wish I would have sold my stuff instead of wasting my money on storing it. There are no laws protecting people that rent storage units - we are treated like trash.
