10-04-2026I've only just acquired my unit a week ago, but the sign up process was very easy and simple. So far, so good. They even left a padlock for me to use. The staff is friendly and helpful, as this is the first time I've ever rented a storage unit. I'm pleased so far...

08-31-2026Ive rented through Public Storage now twice once in Waukesha n once in West Allis both good experiences and clean facility with easy access. Good monthly rent prices just get your own monthly insurance its cheaper than their $20 a month. Id recommend this storage to family n friends.
