10-02-2026Ignore the 4.6 star rating, read more recent reviews as this place has gone down in quality of maintenance and sanitation. They do not clean the facility properly and will have the audacity to charge you 150 dollars for filth upon your items. Do not recommend if you are considering renting here, go somewhere else more worthwhile.

09-30-2026Since the change in owners, they have increased my monthy rate by $80, but the service was declining with every check in. The quality of sanitation is appalling. On one occasion, I saw droppings and a dead mouse inside my unit. Recently, I went to clean my storage unit and once again, it was disgusting. I have never experienced such filth, and they have the audacity to charge $150 a month for a poorly kept facility. Beware of this place if you value your money and your things you wanna. store.

08-16-2026Stellar customer service on the phone with an actual human was a huge selling point & why I chose this company. Crispy was extremely helpful & patient. His communication skills were so superb that I completely forgot about all the stress with my upcoming move. ?? Mia was extremely helpful on site & provided the same stellar service as Crispy did over the phone! She walked me to my unit & was incredibly patient. I am so thankful I chose her location ??
