07-15-2026I work for a moving company and yesterday me and the crew we're at this extra space storage on arrow road. There wasn't much we were picking up but as the gears were turning and we were done loading our truck, our driver who will not be named left all of our hand trucks on the elevator which was his only responsibility really that day. Anyway, I realized on the drop off location we were missing out companies equipment and we reached out to the Extra Space Storage, reached the front desk and spoke to Eligio. What a champ, saved the day, Eligio heard our conundrum and went above and beyond, located the missing equipment and set it aside for us at the front desk. Very friendly and professional, runs a tight operation over there too. Storage facilities are always clean and well maintained. Eligio, thank you so much again, headache averted, you are greatly appreciated.

07-13-2026Awesome experience with Will, the Store Manager. Everything was explained thoroughly, the unit was clean and ready to go on the spot and the rate was great. Definitely recommend! The checkout/move-out process was smooth as well!

06-30-2026I reserved a unit specifically for 1st floor it said 1st floor paid hundred fifty something dollars realized it was not a 1st floor unit upon arrival and requested for help with getting the 1st floor as it was telling me online it was available we I ended up having to get a bigger unit and was told that the amount I paid online wont transfer over and I owed one hundred twelve more dollars in order to move in. I asked for help from a manager was told I couldnt get one at the moment so I asked for a full refund on that unit that I never stepped foot into being that it was not on 1st floor and was told I can not get a refund ???????
