08-14-2024Yesterday I had a pretty complicated move. Melody saved the day and was extremely professional and courteous. I flew into DC to move my cotents of a 3 bedroom storage unit onto an 18 wheeler for an out-of-state move. The move turned out difficult because when we arrived, we did not have the keys for the storage unit. Melody jumped into gear, said no problem and quickly cut the lock for us. How sweet. Then the driver was 4 hours late. This was problematic and after we had stalled the packers for as long as we could, the packers arrived, but the long haul moving truck was not there yet. Melody allowed the movers to save some time by going ahead and moving the goods into the storage garage. We staged the move So when the driver arrived, we could load the truck. Melody also got out there and directed trafffic so the driver could park when he arrived. She did not stop there. Because of the long delay, I had a conference call for work. The conference call was to happen at the time the office of the storage unit was to have closed. Melody offered to stay an hour past closing time to allow me to take my call while the packers were loading the truck. When I tell you she did all of this with a smile. She was so sweet and wonderful! She is the best! I just love her!! This is definitely a place where you can store your goods, in a safe, clean environment with THE BEST STAFF! Thank you Melody!!!
