Prices move up quickly, but the staff is really helpful and kind. Good experiences in the 4+ years we have had a room there.

I never had to use a storage unit before, but Extra Space Storage is the epitome of setting the bar high! Everything from the website and ease of renting, and getting everything set up was impeccable! This facility is very clean and very nice with climate control and the prices are very reasonable for your needs! I would highly recommend Extra Space Storage in Washington DC on Blair Road! Thank you for everything! You guys are the absolute best!

It's probably one of the nicer storage facilities I've seen, especially compared with other Extra Space locations. It looks like they have upgraded their access keypads and elevator carpeting. As I mentioned when I gave my notice, I would still be renting there if the prices had not risen so high. The only issue was that, when I gave notice to the office that I had emptied my unit, I was advised that I would receive confirmation via email. I never received the confirmation, but, as far as I can tell, this unit is no longer on my account. So, how do I print charges/payments now? If you're going to remove the unit from my account online, it's a good idea to send a final statement for accounting purposes. Please let me know how I can receive a final statement. Thanks.
