I had a wonderful experience with Ms. Danielle Duncan at 8th St NE location in Washington DC. She was extremely pleasant and informed me of all my possible storage options with Extra Storage Space. She took me on a quick tour of the possible unit I wanted to rent and research any available units for my size. Unfortunately, there were no more units for me but Danielle research for one at another location. She was able to find one for me at such a crucial time for me. Great customer service and great attitude. Thanks again.
