08-10-2024Giving it a 5 because it is a great place. Don't regret choosing this location. Good for objects refrigerator-size or less. Unfortunately you will have difficulty loading larger objects on the elevators on the bottom floor. Limited room because the hall outside the elevator is so narrow. There is a lot more clearance to unload / load on the upper floors - but one way or another, you will have to pass through the elevators on the bottom floor. Parking for loading / unloading is sheltered but only has room for 3 vehicles (if everyone parks correctly). Had a few experiences where tenants parking styles made me wait for them to finish and leave. There is parking (unmarked) outside the sheltered area as an option.
