06-14-2025I am a dedicated customer of the Public Storage facility for years on Laurel Road in Nokomis Florida. Your facility is very organized and spotless !!! The customer service is outstanding ! Your employee Beverly Clark is a wonderful dedicated asset to the company ! She went above and beyond for me and was such a help to me from the minute I called so polite and helpful on phone then I walked into the door and she was so nice and professional and assisted me and made sure I was well taking care of with my move and storage needs. She went over every aspect of the storage facility !! I highly recommend Beverly to all my family and friends and hope you kindly recognize her as a great employee. 06-05-2025The place is fine. The service is horrible. I needed to throw away a bag of wrapping paper, and they told me I couldn't use their trash can. But there's no public trash can either! And how terrible that they don't take this into account!

05-29-2025We have rented here for many years and could not have found a better place. We appreciate how clean they keep the building. We have never had any problems with insects or rodents. There are plenty of carts for moving items. The temperature is good and the people in the office have always been very friendly and helpful. We recently had to ask for assistance from the manager for our account, and Kaegan was most helpful. We never hesitate to recommend them!

05-05-2025Update:May 2025 just so people are aware you will not get prorated rent despite moving out after you paid. Its ridiculous. Also the specials are good for about maybe 6 months then starts going up in price. Between March of last year and now the price doubled. And was going to go up in June 2025 to over $200/month. Review reflects the scan of these cooperate companies. Facility is newer, appears to be well taken care of.
