07-01-2024The staff was all very friendly and helpful. The facility was well kept and secure. My only problem was that when I signed up I apparently got some sort of online special rate that expired after two months and I was shocked to see my rent was to go up $80/mo. After speaking to someone at the office, they were able to cut that increase in half, but the fact that I wasn't told up front left a bad taste in my mouth which led me to find other storage arrangements. My only suggestion would be to make sure you are clear with customers about pricing.

06-30-2024Great storage! Everyone that works here is super friendly. We had to move on a moments notice due to natural disaster and they employees at this location were so helpful. At one point we needed to upgrade to a bigger unit and that process was so smooth. The units were clean and easy to get in and out of. If we ever need another unit this is where I'll go every time!
