I had a few questions about potentially extending my unit rental beyond what I prepaid and Kathleen gave me clear instructions so I know exactly what to expect when I get to that decision. 08-28-2024Relocating to Massachusetts from Colorado for work. Down sized from 3,000 sq ft home to a 1,350 sq ft townhome. Storage was definitely needed. Love the reputation, price, cleanliness, convenience, & most.of all the customer care from Extra Space Storage! We were fortunate to rent a 5x10, bottom unit, that's clement controlled! The building is secured and well kept! We appreciate Extra Space Storage in Waltham, MA! Paul was helpful while renting our unit. Quick & efficient process!
