One feature I appreciated before Public Storage acquired Extra Space Storage was the option to leave items in a unit and formally sign over ownership of the property. This was especially helpful for customers who do not live locally and cannot easily remove their belongings. For customers who no longer needed their stored items, the ability to transfer ownership to Extra Space Storage for disposal or management was a valuable and convenient benefit. Furthermore, I requested a call back from the district manager. Instead, I was informed that he had been contacted and asked to relay his response to me through another party, rather than speaking with me directly.

Whoever is in charge, please know that Jeanetta is by far the kindest and most helpful employee Ive ever encountered since first renting my unit in 2023. I was upset about the price change and I was seriously contemplating changing facilities; However, after meeting with Jeanetta, she quickly found a solution that worked so much better and I am so thankful for her. If I was a part of public storages management team, then I would consider giving Jeanetta a raise or some sort of incentive for her helpful defusing and customer retention skills. Surely Im not the first dissatisfied customer that shes helped to retain and satisfy during her tenure. This is the kind of staff that every company needs! Thank you so much Jeanetta!
