07-18-2024Ms Sandy is awesome! She went through all the steps with us. She showed us the unit so we werent wondering around looking for it. She took the time to assist us on how to make the space work for what we needed. And it ended up being much more space than we needed, too much. So, we actually ended up with a smaller unit. She went step by step over the paperwork making sure we understood and took the time to answer our questions. Kristal was so sweet and helpful as well. She helped my husband with all of his questions too. The grounds are seemingly safe. They have an on site monitor at all times. The units have individual alarms as well. They have a gate with individual codes for access. The grounds and units are very clean. They do not allow storage of food, which is wonderful! Their prices are reasonable as well! We actually got our first month free!!! Do yourself a favor, skip the other storage places and go to ExtraSpace Storage! Skip the high prices and hassle! We did and couldnt be happier!
