08-14-2024So my key broke off in the Lock and I wasnt sure what I was gonna do. I had a whole spiel prepared for them to cutt my lock off and Sue at ExtraSpace was so very polite and helpful and cut my lock off with no hesitation. Thank you so much, Sue youre the best

08-12-2024I needed storage for less than a month. I got my unit over the phone from a sweet lady in NEW ORLEANS named Lucy. The process was automated and easy, and Lucy walked me through places where I had questions. The unit was ready for me with a FREE padlock... and on day two, all the units doors and hallways were painted a sharp-looking white... very clean look! A+
