06-26-2025Ive used extra space at this location on Laurel Street for a lot of years off and on for various moves. The assortment of unit options is great and they have everything in the office if you need a lock or some extra tape or something. The office itself is actually super clean. Its always either been Anthony or Eric that Ive worked with and theyve been excellent. Even if the company at large makes decisions you may not like (like a price hike on your unit), they are always there, locally advocating for you. Im pretty sure that if it wasnt for those two, I wouldve left in frustration a long time ago.
