08-18-2024So.....there was a change in management ounce again...for the most part it's an ok storage facility just like any other they have some Negativity and some pluses. Like for and example:1st Negativity side: would have to be it seems they pick and choose who there gunna have issues with for what ever their reason. so I've noticed they do there rounds and ask me how much longer I'll be on the property. yet there is someone parked in front of me who was here when I got here. and I have not seen anyone ounce come in or go out of there unit. and the management does not say a word, management doesn't even look at there unit.. but they always have something to say to me. And I been here, going on, I believe 3 years. I pay my rent. if I'm late I pay the late fees. But I always pay my rent. they seem to be very nosey, well certainly to me... example:2nd positive side: this was really awesome so I was in a hurry one day and totally forgot to lock my unit.. so management calls me when I was at work to let me know I left my unit open I was like oh sh??t! they said they would put one of there locks on till I got there to put mine on.. i thanked them and hurried over when I got off work. I was very grateful for them taking the time to put their own lock on my unit and keep my things safe. I really appreciate that seriously thank you so much... so everywhere has its ups and downs. I guess I think all in all it's an OK place to rent a storage unit. but it's rent seems to just keep getting higher and higher. But you got a do, what you got a do, to keep things we need. yet can't have it at home or if you don't have a home and you want to keep your belongings safe as possible. It seems to be pretty safe here. I'm only Keeping it ?? !! This only the positives and negatives from me anyway. i had to give both sides. That's only fair, right?... this is only my Opinion or my perspective. Anyway, others may have totally different opinions or perspectives. 4 out 5 stars.
