08-08-2024Melissa is one of the most polite customer service people I've come across! She is so pleasant and really gives her all!! When I first came to the facility, she showed us around and made sure that the size of storage that I needed was sufficient! We even sized up because she made good points to space as we were moving! She made the process so easy going that I wouldn't change storages unless she leaves!! She has been the most helpful person in the office and you should hire more people like Julie because she makes the day more purposeful!! Thank you Melissa for being awesome!!! You make the stay worth every penny!! PS. Sorry for all the exclamation points, but that's how she makes me feel!! Satisfied and happy!!
