07-13-2024So the reason for my originally 3 star review was for the fact that during their business hours, the lights in the entire building go PITCH black. There are no windows or motion activated sensors to do anything about this and you have less than 2 minutes to reach your unit from the double doors But what about if your unit happens to be the furthest possible distance from where you have the closest entrance? What are renters supposed to do? Run? lol. Its not a very safe or comfortable environment for someone to not get startled by nothing but pitch black Then lets say you go and walk up to the inside wall of the double door and start attempting to switch the light switch to hopefully turn ON.. still a FAIL. I increased the rating from 3 to 4 stars because the business replied to me. Sorry for the bad rating before but you guys should do something about adding motion sensors that actually work throughout the 1st floor of your units. But thanks for wanting to inquire about my reason for the 3 star rating.
