12-03-2025I was in the middle of a divorce and had to. Relocate, from one store unit to another facility storage unit. And Dottie helped me through the whole entire process. She explains crisis the transfers and walked me through having to use Bay doors and different Systems in my phone on the app.She was amazing.

12-01-2025A fantastic experience, it would be a dream come true if every organization offered such a high level of professional and courteous service. All the staff have been wonderful to work with (Dottie and Brian) but most recently, Keigan was the star as he worked so hard to get me moved to a new unit quickly and efficiently, and, always with a smile. It's this team of professionals that make Public Storage GREAT!

Dottie was the person at the desk of the location I went to(Cattlemen/Sarasota) and I knew her from the last time I rented from PS. She had always been great at the last location and she was able to help me use the promotion and find the best deal for me when no one else I dealt with was able to help. A true professional and a keeper. Very smooth process even tho we had to redo paperwork for another unit, she was able to transfer from the other unit to my new unit with ease.
