11-24-2025Extremely unhappy with this location. The whole system goes down- so I couldnt even get in the main gate. Theres no one in the office and of course nobody answers the phone. I tried going around to the back entrance, and of course that gate was wide open (not secure) And then when I do get in the building, the elevators dont work. Theres no way for me to get up to the second level. We have called multiple different phone numbers, and not one person answered or called us back. Over a 4 month period, We continuously asked the office to have the lights be fixed above all the units that my space is on never fixed. Horrible customer service, But more importantly, they dont even meet the bare minimum of having an accessible, functioning and secure storage facility.
