11-18-2025I was a customer at this Public Storage location for over 3 years. When I cleaned out and closed my unit, I even left a voicemail for the staff because no one is hardly ever in the office. Despite doing everything I was supposed to do, they still sent me to collections for an extra month after I had already moved out. The place is rarely staffed, communication is terrible, and its almost impossible to reach anyone when you need help. Just a heads-up to anyone considering renting here be careful and document everything.
