01-09-2026Upon entering the location at 115 Manatee Hwy. W. I encountered Ms. Teresa. I must say that in my entire adult life of renting the occasional storage unit I have never experienced such a flawless and pleasant peeson in her presentation and execution of the entire transaction. Please keep her on staff...make her a trainer or something and give her a raise.
