The employess are kind considerate and professional. The place is immaculate and I feel my items are safe. I highly recommend Extra Space Storage.

01-08-2026Extra Space Storage in Osprey, FL have been great to deal with. I made an out-of-state move and secured my storage unit via phone ahead of time. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly and were able to get me exactly what I needed. Upon arrival, the facilities were immaculate inside and out. I was emptying a 26' box truck and needed the doors held open for a couple hours and they had no problem making the accommodation. After I moved into my new house, I had a couple of large items leftover so I asked them to downsize my unit, which they did without issue. Overall, I highly recommend this location specifically. The staff are always friendly and communicative and as stated earlier, the facility is immaculate.

12-29-2025All I got to say is if I lived an hour away I would still go to this storage unit the man that works there he is incredible he is on top of everything everything I feel safe there I feel comfortable there there's no other place I would go. And I kind of messed up because I changed my card at a hard time fixing it and the lady there was so patient with me this place rocks best extra space storage in Florida

12-29-2025I took advantage of a flash sale just before Christmas to reserve a storage unit online. It was a busy time and I couldn't inspect the unit before I moved my stuff. However, I am happy to report that everything worked out as expected. The unit was clean and had a note on it so I knew that it was ready to go. I contacted the site manager Laura the next day with a couple of questions and she was very helpful when she called me back. I would recommend Extra Space Storage if you need to store your items in a clean, secure, ,climate controlled environment.

12-29-2025I have been a customer at Extra Space Storage in Osprey FL for the last 4+ months. Every single staff member I have worked with and communicated with is fabulous. They are kind and patient and knowledgeable and very friendly. I'm having an extremely positive experience here. The facilities are clean and new and beautiful and quite dry. Everything is laid out in a very organized fashion. There was an app there are people. It seems to me they have taken everyone's needs into account and do an excellent job. I recommend them wholeheartedly.
