07-29-2026On July 3rd, I needed a storage unit ASAP. Things were not going my way and poor George who is a excellent employee at Extra Storage was dealing with my bad attitude because like the app doesnt work and the locks were missing and everything you know and like bro I paid cash bro. I feel really how I treated George. I intentionally avoided him so he would have to walk extra and bring me locks and I just a horrible person, and George ended up showing me how to use the locks and he is very nice man. You should give him a raise. Had another incident with the manager and she is just great. What a wonderful person she is and I have a lot of respect for her.
