08-09-2026Just moved some items in yesterday. It was a smooth and easy process as was the rental sign up. Facility was clean and secure as you need a gate code to get in the door. Appreciated the carts being available as it made the drop off much quicker. I do like the climate control building instead of the other places where units are sitting on asphalt in the hot Arizona sun.

07-17-2026Changed billing from 70/month to 150/month with zero communication (no email, nothing) impossible to get on the phone. Horrible. Stay away Locks were changed due to some necessary inspection and I called to make sure someone would be in office to give me replacement key when I came to move my stuff out and was assured there would be. I arrived to a sign on the door saying they will be back in 2.5 hours. This is the WORST STORAGE FACILITY. People working here seem nice but the business is profoundly dysfunctional and the prices are insane. Business practices are borderline criminal.
