04-29-2025I have A storage unit with them. I currently have a storage unit with them and was guaranteed a price for one year. It has been two months and it went up $70. I called and spoke to customer service and spoke to the rudest person ever. Who when I asked for his name because he had an accent and could not understand him so I offended him apparently he hung up on me. He said that he took $15 off for the next two months so in two months, Ill have to call back and do the same thing. This should be illegal.DO NOT get a storage unit with these people.
