08-02-2024This is the second time that I have rented at this location. Staff at 135 S Campus Ave. In Upland, are 100% customer satisfaction oriented. This time I called several times before finishing the online lease, (due to a promotion I was interested in)and the staff were incredibly pleasant and supportive. Site manager Ariana went above and beyond guiding me with the completion of the process and stayed in contact to make sure that everything was going well. I highly, highly recommend this location.
