07-01-2025While en route to our family vacation, we unfortunately had to make an unexpected stop due to an issue with our vehicle's brakes, which had just been serviced earlier that day. During this stressful situation, we were fortunate to encounter Samantha at this location, whose kindness and professionalism made a significant difference. Samantha graciously allowed us to store some of our belongings inside to protect them from the rain and offered assistance while we waited for the tow truck. Her support and willingness to help went above and beyond our expectations. Additionally, we were impressed by how clean, organized, and well-maintained the facility was. Samantha took the time to explain how the storage units are managed, and its evident that this location prioritizes both safety and customer service.
