02-02-2026I'm not sure why there aren't more reviews about this, but they hiked my rate up suddenly with no information or explanation. They were great at move-in, but after 6 months, they increased the rent from $60/mo to $104/mo. All of my billing is done paperless, but I didn't get an email about it. They say they sent a written notice to my house, but I didn't see it. If you're going to stay longer than 6 months, I'd recommend looking somewhere else.

The app associated with the unit seems like it will come in handy. We spoke with Purity over the phone just intending to ask a few questions, but she was able to go ahead and get our unit set up over the phone. She made the entire process quick and easy!
