Listened and was straight forward about to the best options on cost and size by understanding what the goal was to store. Offered knowledge on the facility and other facilities around WITHOUT speaking pourly about them. Just provided information relevant to the questions. While getting me set up, was not just focused on getting the information needed but able to have conversation outside of just getting a storage unit. Fast interaction and sign up. In and out quickly! Highly recommend, if you can get Tammy as the person to talk to on-site.
