08-19-2024Once again Malarie Brownlee has out done herself in customer service in every aspect. This is my second time dealing with Ms. Brownlee at the Stockton location, 55 Jamestown. She was prompt, informative, promising, respectful, energetic, professional, and with a great memory as well. She convenience me with the transition to this storage from another competitor I was previously with. She kept me in mind to welcome me with a better rate before my move in day, who wouldnt love that? The contract process was simple and quick. Ms. Brownlee is above the standard as a representative for Extra Space Storage. There is no question why she is the manager!!! As soon as I left I referred a person who said they are going to possibly make the move to Extra Space Storage. And I will continue to refer people, with the experience Ms. Malarie Brownlee gave me once again!!!
