05-29-2026Great experience at the Blake bottom location. I was able to do all the rental online and Leigh the onsite rep was able to get me moved in without a glitch. She was also very responsive to any questions that I had.

05-20-2026Convenience to my current location is the only stand out thing about this storage unit. Aside from that, just like most other storage units in the area, they're a scam. They give you a decent price to get you in, and then continuously raise the price in the hopes that you won't notice or it's too much of an inconvenience to move all your stuff and just deal with it. Good customer service only goes so far. It doesn't make me forget that they're trying to screw me. And wouldn't you know it, I leave a review complaining about them continuously going up on the rates and a month later my rate went from $109/mo to $141/mo with no notification. The current web rate for my unit size is $46/mo and they've got it showing that they're having a "flash sale", yet they increased my rate nearly $40 this month. Make it make sense. And now here we are 8 months later, were going up to $161/mo. So, ~$60/mo increase in 8 months. So at that point, weve more than doubled the initial price of the unit and I can dang near bet you that if I contact them about it, theyll say its to keep up with pricing of other places nearby. Just found several other places nearby but, just found several renting the same size for way cheaper. The same unit is currently advertised on their site at $48/mo.
