09-01-2024I dont know whats going on here. first day told access hrs are until 10 pm its 8 pm. Dropped off my stuff, came back to get everything organized after dropping off the U-Haul and Jeff limited my hours to office hours. Hope youre reading this Jeff . not super happy.

08-25-2024I rented the smallest unit in May, due to retail therapy by August I needed a larger unit. The staff was helpful in suggesting a unit to suit my needs. And the bathroom is always very clean!

08-19-2024Great customer service. I've spoken with Jeff, the office manager, and Pita on several occasions. They are always polite and very helpful. They've always been able to answer my questions and address any concerns I've had. They get things done efficiently and let me know my options for taking care of my account, so that I can use what works best for me. No wasting of my time. Plus I got a great promotional rate that you can lock in by making advance payments prior to the corporate office setting the first rate increase. Very clean facility, and I would definitely recommend it.
