02-10-2026Needed to downsize from larger unit. Manager was extremely helpful in finding and offering a unit that was close by, thus making the transfer move much quicker. Very courteous and helpful.

01-29-2026I have used this place twice and both times I have regretted it. Rotating staff is alright, however, Jeff the manager will treat you and talk to you the same way his day is going. Not a fan. I highly do not recommend this location whatsoever. He will try to get top dollar from you and not work with you. If you want good customer service, go down to the SW 68th location and talk to Cody. Make your money worth it and give yourself some peace of mind.

01-26-2026They will tell you you stuff is being put up for action before youve missed 2 months rent and then charge all these crazy extra costs for their expenses to put your things up for action . DONT RENT HERE!

01-26-2026i had to take a minute away from moving my things from one place to my new storage unit at extra space storage to make sure the manager, Jeff, gets his kudos. moving is stressful. so many things are happening all at once, so anything made easier is so beyond helpful. Jeff is probably the best part of this whole process because he knows what im going through and how he can make things easier for me. super helpful, super knowledgeable (been doing this for years), and super motivated to get things done and keep me going. best experience ive ever had getting a storage unit. Jeff is friendly and happy to be here doing what he does. his positive attitude is infectious lol. i came in beaten down by life, and i left with the perfect storage unit to meet my needs and laughing at his knee slapping dad jokes lol. thank you, Jeff! i am so grateful to have the good fortune to run into you when i needed it most!
