09-01-2024I had to rent a unit from out of state and was concerned about temperature control. Cody was incredibly helpful when I called for reassurance about the details. I appreciated his patience. 10/10 experience. Update: I rented a temperature controlled basement-level unit for six months. Somebody local to the area stored my belongings, checked in on the storage room several times, and emptied my unit (with permission easily facilitated through the ES). They reported consistently excellent, notably friendly customer service, ease of access and elevator use, clean spaces, and cool temps. In a frantic state of planning, I forgot to contact the business to close out the lease. Extra Space took care of it expeditiously and emailed and texted confirmation. I highly recommend this location.

08-28-2024The staff at the facility went above and beyond to help us when we had some struggles getting her stuff moved in. They were beyond accommodating and kind. I would give the service a 10 out of 10. The facility is very well-maintained clean and secure as well. Elevators and handcarts are available for use and are well maintained.
