02-19-2026Do not expect to helpful staff. Do not expect to use the app to unlock doors or elevators within building, theres no cell phone service or WiFi. I got stuck in the elevator and the response from staff was yelling at me for being there after closing. I profusely apologized and tried to explain that the elevator malfunctioned and I had to press the emergency help button to get out. Her response was, I dont care, I got off 4 mins ago and you need to get out of here.

01-27-2026Tee is amazing, incredible customer service & knows her stuff! She also took the time to educate me on everything that would help me with a storage unit that I had to check in on and clear out! One downside, the elevators dont work sometimes.

01-26-2026Very secure, and a recent app update made gate and doorway access much more convenient with one tap unlocks via Bluetooth. The spaces are climate controlled so it's liminally cool, you're nowhere. Total backrooms vibe.
