She explained everything really well and made the process easy for us. You can tell she actually cares about helping people. 05-16-2026Stephanie ,at public storage 104th and quivas helped me make the decision to move my belongings from my current storage unit to this location an easy one shewas exceptionally knowledgeable about the process and was very helpful in deciding on what unit to use for the easiest way to maneuver a truck and trailer through the facility, she was very clear and detailed about the contract for the unit and the process of obtaining insurance for the property in the unit in . She answered all my questions and concerns before I even asked the question her professionalism and customer awareness was the best I have experienced in along time public storage is a nationally recognized brand and shes a reason why ,thank you Stephanie for all your help today
