I first opted for extra space storage because of the great price. I didn't expect the unit to be great nor the customer service but the unit and Kim's helpful service and wonderful attitude really put extra space over the top of any other storage I've used in the area. Thanks Kim. ??

Came in today to get a unit because my sister had one here in the past, I cant believe how clean it is and how comfortable and safe you feel being here! Kim and Shannon helped me today were absolutely amazing and helpful, they made the process so easy! And the exit gate system seems great. Should be very easy to go in and out when I need to pick up or drop stuff off! Overall great experience! Thank ladies!

I have been renting a storage for some2+ years now . The people that work there are really helpful. The one I usually talk to is Kim , she is very nice and really is understanding. She has worked with me even when I have been late on payment or when I needed to switch storage units , very patient and understanding. Thank u Kim, I appreciate u.
