07-29-2024Guys moving into a storage facility is supposed to be stressful and unpleasant. Would you please stop making it easy and pleasant? At this point in my life, I really don't want to get used to excellent customer service. I just get disappointed when I go to the places... Joe and Doris took great care of us.
