08-23-2024Was great!! Kristen in Texas helping a Senior citizen in California. She was so patient through the whole process. I really appreciated her patience. She stayed on the phone with me until the end. I couldnt get the lock to close but finally did. She tried to reach someone in the office several times but they never answered the phone and never came to the office. I hope Kristen gets some kind of recognition for the best customer service Thank you again Kristen, youre the BEST!!
