Ken did a great job .
Ken was so helpful with my new space and appreciate all his guidance. So close to home and was easy to work with him. Clean location!
Great customer service!
I had a very poor experience with this Boynton Beach Public Storage location. Over roughly two years of renting a unit, I encountered ongoing pest issues including insects and rodents that were never adequately resolved. As a result, furniture, clothing, and other stored items were damaged, contaminated, and ultimately unusable. Customers trust storage providers to maintain basic facility conditions that protect stored property, and that expectation was not met in my case. I strongly recommend prospective renters carefully inspect facilities and ask direct questions about pest control and maintenance practices before committing. Ken was clueless, uninformed and unhelpful. Based on my experience, I would not use this location again.
FYI, it was a pleasure talking to ken, I walked in the office very disappointed about the amount of money my husband Daniel Acosta pay, I was about to let go, Ken was nice to convince me to keep my services.
Ken great job. Thanks
