01-30-2026Claudette was on duty when i came in to look at the storage I saw online. Claudette was knowledgeable and great at explaining how the process worked. She had an excellent sense of humor and patience. I saw her dealing with a customer's unusual request by explaining all the possible ways of doing what she wanted to achieve and she helped to customer make the best decision. She took me to storage unit so that I got a full understanding of what I'm renting. B341
