02-10-2026Horrible experience!!! Extremely unprofessional and unresponsive!!! My friend got stuck in the elevator for over 30 minutes, during business hours. Property Manager was no where to be find on property or by phone. I had to handle the entire process myself, call Fire rescue, the alarm company, elevator company. The emergency contact number on the front door is wrong. No one from Public Storage followed up with us to apologize or make sure we were okay.
