08-22-2024I have stored a 5 x 8 unit full for almost 7 years there. Everything is in the same condition as when I put it in there. No pests. No water damage. No vandalism or theft. I would most definitely use them again. Friendly people behind the counter. Easy to use website. And easy access to my stuff with a rolling cart available to use. Convenient hours.

08-16-2024Billy was amazing and respectful, he shows that he cares about his customers as well as the company. I was given a tour of the place and how to use all the amenities. The unit itself was clean, had a good light source, and was spacious enough for my liking.

07-05-2024We chose this location because it had a high rating. If you plan to go with this location just remember it is downtown. The facility itself is not bad. What gave me confidence in booking the unit today was the customer service. No issues yet so far, so well see how well this location is for storing our stuff. The units themselves are mediocre, just a basic room - the walls are plain wood. The doors are not metal. Before booking I would check out the facility first to see if it is something you are comfortable with, or can see yourself visit your storage unit from time to time.
