09-03-2026Many thanks to Kayla for making our rental experience very pleasant. We relocated from CA and she was extremely helpful finding us the unit that would be perfect for us. She is always so nice and truly cares about the clients at her location. Kayla will go out of her way to help should an issue arise. The facility is always clean and the AC is just perfect for the hot AZ weather. We felt safe storing our belongings at the El Mirage location and highly recommend for your storage needs.

This one I have been renting for approximately 4 years and I've found this place to be perfect for me! Kayla, the site manager, has always been extremely helpful and kind when I've needed her assistance. Recently, we discussed different options for rental and she was able to find me the best location in her facility to meet my needs. She has gone "ab ove and beyond" to help me, out of the kindness of her heart! One super important quality Kayla has that not many people express as freely as she does is that she really likes her job! She loves interacting with the people who rent and helping them as much as she is able to do! I would highly recommend renting at this facility if you want safety, a clean place, safe storage, and a fabulous manager who will love to meet you!
